Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using BARFBowl ("BARFBowl"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

License

Christian Pedersen grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these terms and the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

Subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your iPhone Settings > your name > Subscriptions
• Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the app
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app's systems or networks

Intellectual Property

The app and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by Christian Pedersen and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Not Veterinary or Nutritional Advice

BARFBowl is provided for informational and personal record-keeping purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional veterinary or nutritional advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The app does not provide medical, veterinary, or nutritional recommendations for your dog. You are solely responsible for your own veterinary decisions and for the health, diet, and care of your dog. Always consult a qualified veterinarian before changing your dog's diet, introducing new foods, or relying on any information tracked or displayed in the app.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Christian Pedersen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the app.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
