RecompTrack estimates fat lost and muscle gained by combining your weight trend with your waist, chest, and arm measurement trends. Waist and hip changes serve as a fat-loss proxy, while chest and arm changes serve as a muscle-gain proxy. These are estimates only, not medical measurements, and they become more accurate the more measurements you log.
Open Settings inside RecompTrack and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you are signed in to your iPhone with the same Apple ID you used when you bought Pro. RecompTrack Pro is a one-time purchase and is permanently tied to your Apple ID once purchased.
No. RecompTrack Pro is a single one-time purchase, not a subscription. You pay once and own it on every device signed in to your Apple ID.
All progress photos stay on your device, stored through Apple's SwiftData framework. They are never uploaded to a server and never leave your phone. To keep them safe across a device change, make sure you have iCloud Backup enabled so your device backs up the app's data.
Yes — with Pro, you can export your full measurement log as a PDF from the Settings screen. This PDF is generated on your device and you choose where to share it using the standard iOS share sheet.
Because all data stays on your device and never leaves it, we cannot recover lost data. If your device is backed up via iCloud Backup or a computer backup, restoring the device from that backup will restore RecompTrack's data.
RecompTrack requires iOS 17.0 or later on iPhone.
