About SourdoughKeeper

SourdoughKeeper is an iOS and Apple Watch application for tracking sourdough starter feedings and calculating hydration ratios. It is a utility tool for home bakers and is not intended to provide food safety, health, or medical advice.

Paid-up-front purchase

SourdoughKeeper is sold at a one-time price of $1.99 through the App Store. There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or recurring charges. The one-time purchase grants access to all features included at the time of purchase, plus all future updates at no additional cost.

No warranty on feeding timing

The feeding intervals used by SourdoughKeeper (24 hours for room temperature, 7 days for refrigerator) are general guidelines common in sourdough baking. Actual starter behavior depends on many factors including flour type, ambient temperature, starter age, and hydration. SourdoughKeeper does not guarantee your starter will remain healthy. Use your own judgment and baking experience.

Data and privacy

SourdoughKeeper collects no personal data. All feeding logs, presets, and preferences are stored locally on your device. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
