How do I record my daily clip?
Open the app and tap the Record tab. Tap the capture button — the app records exactly one second and stops automatically. Tap "Use this" to save it.
Can I re-record a day?
Yes. On the calendar, tap any day that has a clip and choose Replace. The app will prompt you to record a new clip and will swap it in.
How do I create my year-end movie?
Tap the Stitch tab, choose your date range, then tap Render Year. The app composites all your clips into a single MP4 with date overlays. Tap Save to Photos when rendering finishes.
What permissions does the app need?
Camera and microphone to record your clip. Photos library (write-only) to save your stitched movie when you request it. Notifications only if you enable the daily reminder — this is optional and uses local scheduling, not a push server.
Where are my clips stored?
On your device, in the app's private local storage. Nothing is uploaded anywhere. No account, no cloud, no server.
What happens if I delete the app?
All clips and settings stored in the app will be deleted. Stitched movies already saved to your Photos library will remain there.
The widget is showing zero / no data.
Widget data updates when you record a clip or open the app. If the widget shows zero after recording, try long-pressing the widget and selecting Edit Widget, then returning to the home screen to refresh it.
