DailyLapse is licensed to you under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which you can read at:

The following terms supplement that agreement.
By downloading, installing, or using DailyLapse ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and Apple's standard EULA above. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Christian Pedersen grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
DailyLapse is sold as a one-time purchase through the Apple App Store. There are no subscriptions and no in-app purchases. All features are included in the purchase price. Refunds are handled by Apple according to their standard policies.
You retain full ownership of all video clips you record with DailyLapse. The app processes your clips locally on your device and does not claim any rights to your content.

The app and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by Christian Pedersen and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your video clips are your own.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Christian Pedersen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, resulting from your use of the app. This includes loss of video clips stored in the app.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Norway, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
